Data collected
Browsing data. The systems that run the website record, only for as long as necessary, certain technical data inherent in the use of the internet (for example IP address, browser type, pages visited). It is used in aggregate form to keep the website working and secure.
Data you provide. First name, last name, email, phone number and the content of the message you enter in the contact or call-back forms.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is processed solely to reply to your requests, contact you and arrange a meeting. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1 a and b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR). Providing data is optional, but without it your request cannot be handled. Data is not used for marketing and is not sold or passed on to third parties.
Processing and retention
Data is processed electronically with appropriate security measures. It is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if no relationship follows, for no longer than 12 months; if a professional relationship follows, for the periods required by applicable law.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be processed, as data processors, by technical service providers: Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting) and Sendinblue SAS – Brevo (delivery by email of requests sent through the forms). Cloudflare is based in the United States: transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Cookies
This website uses no profiling cookies or analytics tools. Theme and language preferences are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are not sent anywhere. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the visitor's IP address in order to deliver them.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent by writing to leonardo@ipocovana.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
